Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1½ cups filtered water
Juice of ½ lemon
Optional: pinch of sea salt, 1 tsp honey, mint leaves or sliced cucumber
Instructions
1. Add chia seeds to water in a glass or jar and stir well.
2. Let sit for 10–15 minutes until seeds form a gel texture.
3. Add lemon juice and optional extras.
4. Stir again and enjoy immediately or chill up to 1 hour.
Notes
Start with a smaller amount of chia seeds if you’re new to high-fiber drinks.
Always let seeds soak fully to avoid choking risk.
Drink with plenty of water throughout the day.
