Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2–1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add milk and yogurt to the bottom of your blender.
2. Add in banana, strawberries, vanilla, and ice.
3. Blend until smooth and thick.
4. Taste and add honey if needed.
5. Serve cold with a slice of banana or strawberry on top.
Notes
Use a ripe banana for natural sweetness.
Swap yogurt for dairy-free if needed.
