Ingredients
1–2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
½ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon or cayenne (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine apple cider vinegar and cranberry juice in a glass.
2. Add water and stir until well mixed.
3. Add honey or maple syrup if desired and stir again.

4. Squeeze in lemon juice for brightness.
5. Add cinnamon or cayenne if using.
6. Serve over ice or drink at room temperature.

Notes
Use a straw to protect teeth enamel.
Adjust vinegar amount to taste if you’re new to it.
Best consumed once daily, preferably in the morning.
