Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
Juice from 1/2 lemon
10–12 oz water (warm or cold)
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey or a pinch of cayenne
Instructions
1. Pour water into a glass.
2. Add apple cider vinegar.

3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
4. Stir well and drink before a meal or first thing in the morning.

Notes
Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning or 20 minutes before meals.
Always dilute vinegar to avoid enamel damage.
