Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey (optional)
8–10 oz warm water
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a glass or jar.
2. Stir well until fully blended.

3. Drink slowly, ideally before meals.
4. Use a straw to protect your teeth.

Notes
Start with 1 tbsp of ACV per day. Increase to 2x daily max if needed.
Avoid drinking it straight to protect your throat and enamel.
