Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
8 oz warm or cold water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Add the apple cider vinegar to a glass of water.

2. Squeeze in the lemon juice.

3. Add cayenne and honey if using.
4. Stir well and drink before a meal or bedtime.

Notes
Always dilute apple cider vinegar before drinking. Adjust ingredients to taste and tolerance. Try it warm in the evening for better digestion.
