Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 frozen banana
1 tsp matcha powder (culinary grade)
1 cup oat milk (or almond milk)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add avocado, banana, matcha, and oat milk to a blender.
2. Blend on high until creamy.
3. Taste and add maple syrup if desired.
4. Blend again briefly with ice cubes.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
For added protein, blend in a scoop of plain protein powder.
