Ingredients

1/3 cup heavy cream or coconut milk

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Add frozen banana slices and cream to a blender or food processor.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Add vanilla extract, if using, and pulse to combine.

4. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.

5. Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for 2–3 hours.
