Ingredients
1 cup hot water
1 tsp yerba mate
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Juice of ½ lime
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Stevia or raw honey to taste
Instructions
1. Steep yerba mate and ginger in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
2. Strain the liquid and add lime juice.

3. Stir in apple cider vinegar (optional).
4. Sweeten lightly with stevia or honey if desired.
5. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes
Drink daily in the morning or before meals.
