Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp ground ginger or 1/2 tsp grated fresh
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
8 oz warm water
Instructions
1. Add vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, cayenne, and honey to a glass.

2. Stir to combine.
3. Pour in warm water and mix again.
4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach or before meals.

Notes
Start with smaller amounts if you’re new to vinegar drinks.
Always dilute to protect your stomach and teeth.
Best enjoyed first thing in the morning.
