Ingredients

2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

500 ml water

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

23 slices fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions

1. Boil 500 ml water in a saucepan.

2. Add ginger (if using) and bring to a boil.

3. Turn off heat and add butterfly pea flowers. Steep 10 minutes.

4. Strain the tea (optional).

5. Add lemon juice, ACV, and honey. Stir well.

6. Watch it change from blue to purple.

7. Serve hot or pour over ice for a chilled version.
