A refreshing, hydrating green juice made from fresh celery and lemon. This simple morning drink supports digestion, hydration, and natural energy with clean, crisp flavor.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 large glass (about 12 oz) 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 bunch fresh celery (810 stalks)

1 lemon (peeled if blending)

½ cup cold filtered water (for blender method)

Ice cubes (optional)

Optional Add-ins:

– 1-inch ginger piece

– ½ green apple

– ¼ cucumber

– ¼ tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

1. Wash and chop the celery into smaller pieces.

2. If using a blender, peel and segment the lemon. If using a juicer, you can keep the peel on for a zesty flavor.

3. Add celery and lemon to your juicer or blender. For blender use, add ½ cup cold water.

4. Juice or blend until smooth and frothy.

5. If blending, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl or jar.

6. Pour into a glass, serve chilled over ice, and enjoy immediately for maximum nutrients.

Notes

Celery Lemon Morning Juice is best consumed fresh. If storing, keep in an airtight glass container and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

For extra flavor, add a slice of cucumber or a hint of ginger.

Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal hydration and digestion.
