1 cup cold water
Optional: lemon, lime, honey, mint, or berries for flavor
Instructions
1. Add chia seeds to water in a glass or jar.

2. Stir well to avoid clumping.
3. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
4. Stir again before drinking.

5. Add flavoring if desired.
6. Store up to 3 days refrigerated.

Notes
Start with 1 serving per day if new to chia.
Adjust flavorings to your taste.
