Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup almond flour
⅓ cup oat flour
Pinch of salt
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla.
3. Add almond flour, oat flour, and salt.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving or baking.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze scoops for later.
Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes for soft cookies.
