Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: fresh herbs, lemon zest, red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

2. Blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning.
4. Pulse in herbs or mix-ins, if using.
5. Spoon into a bowl, garnish, and serve.
6. Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.

Notes
Add 1–2 tablespoons of milk or water to thin for a pourable sauce.
Blend roasted garlic instead of raw for a milder flavor.
