Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 clove garlic (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped chives or buttermilk
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust salt or acid if needed.
4. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
5. Serve with veggies, crackers, or use as a spread.

Notes
For a no-blender version, mash cottage cheese with a fork and stir in spices.
Keeps in the fridge for 3–4 days.
