Ingredients
½ large cucumber, peeled if waxed
2 tablespoons fresh aloe vera gel
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cup cold filtered water
A few mint leaves (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Slice the cucumber into chunks.
2. Harvest the aloe vera gel safely, removing all yellow sap.
3. Combine cucumber, aloe gel, lemon juice, water, mint, and salt in a blender.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Strain if desired for a clear drink.
6. Serve cold with optional mint garnish.
Notes
Let aloe leaf drain for 10–15 minutes before scooping gel.
Use fresh gel when possible for best results.
Store leftovers in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
