Ingredients
1 cup oat milk or almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp peanut butter or cocoa powder
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
4. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute the banana with 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream for a richer texture. For extra protein, add a scoop of your favorite plant-based protein powder.
