Ingredients
12 fresh strawberries, rinsed and dried
150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
1 tbsp crushed pistachios
Edible gold leaf or gold dust
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
1/4 tsp rose water or cardamom (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the strawberries completely.
2. Melt the dark chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave.
3. Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, leaving the stem uncovered.

4. Place on parchment paper and top immediately with pistachios and gold.
5. Chill for 15 minutes until chocolate sets.
6. Let sit 5 minutes at room temperature before serving.

Notes
Use only dry strawberries—moisture causes chocolate to seize.
Decorate while the chocolate is still wet for toppings to stick.
Store in the fridge but serve slightly softened.
