Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup chopped almonds
2 tbsp granola
1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix the yogurt with maple syrup until smooth.
3. Spread the yogurt evenly on the tray (about 1/4 inch thick).
4. Add sliced fruit, nuts, granola, and chocolate on top.
5. Freeze for 3–4 hours until completely firm.
6. Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for the creamiest texture.
Pat fruit dry to prevent ice crystals.
Store bark flat in a freezer bag with parchment between layers.
