2 large grapefruits, peeled and segmented
A handful of fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)
1/2 cup cold filtered water
Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
1. Peel and segment the grapefruits, removing excess pith to reduce bitterness.
2. Add grapefruit, mint, and water to a blender or juicer.
3. Blend or juice until smooth.
4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a clean finish.
5. Serve cold over ice with extra mint for garnish.
Notes
For a lighter version, infuse sliced grapefruit and mint in water overnight.
Add cucumber or lemon slices for extra hydration and flavor.
