Ingredients
1 large green apple
1 cup spinach
½ cucumber
½ lemon (peeled)
1-inch ginger
½ cup water or coconut water
Optional: chia seeds, mint
Instructions
1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
2. Juicer method: feed spinach, cucumber, ginger, lemon, then apple into juicer.
3. Blender method: blend all ingredients until smooth.
4. Strain through a mesh sieve or drink as is.
5. Serve immediately or store in a sealed glass jar.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh.
Store up to 24 hours in the fridge.
Freeze in cubes for longer shelf life.
