Ingredients
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp raw honey
8 oz hot water
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or splash of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Grate the fresh ginger into your mug.
2. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
3. Add the honey.
4. Pour in hot water and stir well.
5. Optional: add cinnamon or vinegar.


6. Sip slowly, best on an empty stomach.
Notes
Best consumed in the morning.
Can be prepped ahead and stored for 24 hours.
