Ingredients
1.5 cups cold water
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Fill a glass with cold water and ice.
2. Add pink salt and fresh lemon juice.
3. Stir in apple cider vinegar if using.
4. Stir well and sip slowly, preferably before meals or first thing in the morning.
Notes
Optional: Add a few mint leaves or cucumber slices for extra flavor.
Best served fresh and cold.
