Instructions
1. Pour 8β12 ounces of cold water into a glass with ice.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and stir well until dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice if using.
4. Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
Notes
Do not exceed the recommended amount of baking soda.
