Instructions
1. Whisk matcha powder with warm water until smooth and frothy.
2. Stir in lavender syrup and honey or maple syrup if using.
3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in milk.
4. Top with the matcha-lavender mixture.
5. Garnish with lavender buds and serve immediately.
Notes
For homemade lavender syrup: Simmer 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tbsp dried lavender for 5 minutes, then strain.
