Ingredients
1 shot espresso or 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
3/4 cup cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tbsp pistachio syrup or 2 tsp pistachio paste
Ice cubes
Optional: whipped cream or milk foam, crushed pistachios
Instructions
1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
2. In a glass, add pistachio syrup or paste.
3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour the espresso over the ice and pistachio.
5. Top with cold milk and stir gently.
6. Optional: Add whipped cream and a sprinkle of pistachios.
Notes
Use homemade pistachio paste for a cleaner, richer flavor.
Almond, oat, or cashew milk all work well for a dairy-free option.
