Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 banana (ripe)
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut water or almond milk
Optional: 1/4 avocado or 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
1. Add spinach to the blender first.
2. Add banana, mango, and pineapple on top.
3. Pour in coconut water or almond milk.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
6. Serve immediately or store chilled for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Use frozen fruit to avoid adding ice.
Swap spinach with kale for stronger flavor.
Add Greek yogurt or chia seeds for more protein.
