Ingredients
1 tsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender or 1 tsp lavender syrup
1/2 cup hot water
3/4 cup milk of choice (oat, almond, dairy)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Steep dried lavender in hot water for 5 minutes and strain. If using syrup, skip this.
2. Whisk matcha powder with a splash of hot water until smooth.

3. Combine matcha and lavender water (or syrup) in a cup.
4. Heat milk until hot, then froth or whisk until foamy.
5. Pour milk over the lavender matcha mixture, sweeten to taste.

6. Serve warm or pour over ice for the iced version.
Notes
Use ceremonial or high-quality matcha for best taste.
Oat milk makes the drink creamier; almond milk is lighter.
Adjust sweetness to preference.
