Ingredients
1 handful of fresh lemon balm leaves or 1 tbsp dried
1 cup boiling water
1 slice of lemon (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil 1 cup of water
2. Add lemon balm leaves to a mug or teapot
3. Pour boiling water over the leaves

4. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes
5. Strain the tea into a cup
6. Add lemon or honey if desired
7. Sip slowly and enjoy

Notes
Use up to 3 cups daily
Best enjoyed after meals or before bedtime
Use fresh lemon balm for stronger flavor
