2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (Grade B or dark amber)
1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper
8–10 ounces filtered water
Instructions
1. Add fresh lemon juice to a glass or mason jar.
2. Stir in pure maple syrup.
3. Sprinkle in cayenne pepper.
4. Top with filtered water and mix until well combined.
5. Drink immediately and prepare fresh for each serving.
