Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

4 oz white chocolate (chopped)

2/3 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1.5 tsp matcha powder

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8×8 pan.

2. Melt butter and white chocolate in a saucepan.

3. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.

4. Stir in melted chocolate mixture.

5. Sift in flour, matcha, and salt. Fold to combine.

6. Pour batter into pan and smooth top.

7. Bake for 28–32 minutes until just set.

8. Cool completely before slicing.
