Ingredients
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp hot water (175°F)
¾ cup milk of choice (oat, almond, dairy, etc.)
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Sift matcha powder into a bowl or mug.
2. Add hot water and whisk until smooth and foamy.
3. Warm your milk of choice.
4. Pour milk over the matcha mixture.
5. Stir and sweeten if desired.


Notes
For stronger flavor, use 1½ tsp matcha.
Oat milk creates the creamiest texture.
Add cinnamon or vanilla for a twist.
