Ingredients
1 cup Millville Protein Pancake Mix
3/4 cup milk (or water)
1 egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 banana, mashed (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.

2. Fold in optional cinnamon or mashed banana.
3. Preheat griddle over medium heat and lightly grease.
4. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
6. Serve warm with toppings of choice.

Notes
Use almond milk or oat milk for dairy-free option.
Freeze cooked pancakes and reheat in toaster.
