Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup dill pickle brine
1 cup cold water
2 tbsp sugar or honey
Ice to serve
Optional: Tajín, lemon slices, pickle spear
Instructions
1. Combine lemon juice, pickle brine, water, and sweetener in a mason jar.

2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour over ice in a tall glass.
4. Garnish with lemon, dill, or a pickle spear.

Notes
Adjust the brine for more saltiness, or add sparkling water for fizz. Vodka makes it cocktail-ready!
