Ingredients
2 cups coconut water
1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
1 tsp lime juice (optional)
Fresh mint or ginger slice (optional)
Instructions
1. Add coconut water and pineapple juice to a pitcher.

2. Stir until well combined.
3. Add lime juice if using.
4. Serve over ice and garnish with mint or ginger.

Notes
Use fresh pineapple juice for best flavor.
Can be chilled for up to 3 days.
