Ingredients

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

23 inches fresh ginger root, peeled

1 tablespoon lemon juice

12 teaspoons honey (optional)

2 cups cold water

Instructions

1. Add pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, and water to a blender.

2. Blend on high until completely smooth.

3. Taste and add honey if needed, then blend again.

4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother juice.
