Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Juice of ½ a lemon
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Add pink salt to warm water and stir until fully dissolved
2. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir again
3. Add a pinch of cayenne if using and mix thoroughly
4. Drink immediately on an empty stomach before breakfast
Notes
Always use fine pink Himalayan salt, not coarse chunks
Start with 3 times per week and increase if well tolerated
