3/4 cup oat milk or preferred milk

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
2. Heat milk on the stovetop or froth it if you have a frother.
3. Stir in pistachio butter or paste into the warm milk until combined.
4. Combine frothed matcha and pistachio milk in a mug.
5. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey to taste. Serve warm or over ice.
