Ingredients
¼ cup raw or roasted unsalted pistachios
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk (dairy or almond, oat, or pistachio milk)
1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Small pinch of sea salt
Handful of ice cubes
Optional: ½ cup blueberries or raspberries, 1 date, ¼ avocado
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth, about 45–60 seconds.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes
Use frozen banana for best texture.
For added protein, add Greek yogurt or seeds.
Blueberries add tartness and color.
