1 handful spinach or kale
½ cucumber
½ green apple
Juice of ½ lemon
½ cup cold water or almond milk
1 frozen banana (for smoothie)
1 green tea bag (for tea)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add ingredients to blender or juicer
2. Blend or juice until smooth
3. Strain if needed (for juice)
4. Pour into glass and serve
5. Use frozen banana and almond milk for smoothie
6. Steep green tea, then add juice for tea version
