Ingredients
½ cup blueberries or blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ lemon, juiced
1½ cups sparkling water
Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or ginger
Instructions
1. Mash or blend berries into a pulp.
2. Add apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.

3. Stir in optional spices or chia seeds.
4. Top off with chilled sparkling water.
5. Serve immediately with or without ice.

Notes
Drink first thing in the morning or before meals.
Use a straw to protect your teeth from vinegar.
Adjust berries to taste if using grapes or acai.
