Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced (pith removed)
4–5 fresh mint leaves (optional)
4 cups filtered water
Ice (optional)
Instructions
1. Gently mash a few sliced strawberries to release flavor.
2. Slice the lemon thinly, removing the white pith.
3. Bruise the mint leaves with your fingers or a muddler.
4. Add strawberries, lemon, and mint to a glass pitcher.
5. Fill with 4 cups of cold filtered water.
6. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours. For the best taste, strain after 12 hours.
Notes
Use glass containers for clean flavor.
Remove fruit after 12 hours to avoid bitterness.
Store strained infused water for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Try lime, basil, or cucumber for a fun twist on the flavor.
