Ingredients
4 fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
¾ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
1½ teaspoons matcha powder
4 tablespoons hot water
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Mash strawberries with sugar until juicy or blend and strain if smoother texture is preferred.
2. Add strawberry mixture to bottom of a tall glass.

3. Add ice on top of strawberries.
4. Pour milk slowly over the ice.
5. Sift matcha powder into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until frothy.

6. Pour matcha over milk slowly to layer.
7. Serve immediately or stir gently.

Notes
Use ceremonial matcha for best flavor. Oat milk or almond milk work well for dairy-free options. Add vanilla or boba for variation.
