1 pinch black pepper
1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions
1. Heat the water until it’s hot but not boiling.
2. Add turmeric, black pepper, and ginger (if using) to your mug.
3. Pour the hot water over the ingredients and stir well.
4. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar (if using).
5. Sweeten with honey if desired and stir again.
6. Sip slowly while warm.
