Ingredients
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup warm water
Optional: 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
1. Mix turmeric, black pepper, and ginger in a mug.

2. Add lemon juice to the dry mixture.
3. Pour warm water over the mix and stir well.
4. Add honey if using and stir again.
5. Drink fresh on an empty stomach.

Notes
Use organic turmeric for best results.
Drink daily in the morning for consistency.
You can chill it and serve over ice in warmer months.
