Ingredients
2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
5–6 fresh basil leaves
4 cups filtered or spring water
Instructions
1. Place watermelon cubes in a large pitcher.
2. Tear basil leaves gently and add them to the pitcher.
3. Pour in the water and stir lightly.
4. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours before serving.
5. Serve over ice or with frozen watermelon cubes.
Notes
Best consumed within 48 hours.
Do not muddle basil aggressively to avoid bitterness.
