Ingredients
4 cups watermelon (seedless, cubed)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup cold water or sparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
1. Add watermelon cubes to blender and blend until smooth.

2. Strain through fine mesh sieve if desired.
3. Add lime juice and sweetener to taste. Blend again.
4. Pour into a pitcher, add cold water or sparkling water.
5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint or lime.

Notes
Use frozen watermelon cubes instead of ice for extra chill.
Swap honey for agave or skip it if melon is sweet.
Add basil, mint, or cucumber for flavor variety.
